Coconut Cloud Iced Matcha

 

Ingredients for 1 Drink

  • 150 ml coconut water, well chilled
  • 1.5 g matcha
  • 80 ml whipping cream
  • 10 ml sugar syrup or vanilla syrup
  • 20 ml cold water or milk for mixing the matcha
  • Ice cubes

 

Preparation

1. Prepare the glass

Fill a glass with ice cubes and top up with the chilled coconut water.

2. Mix the matcha

Stir the matcha with 20 ml of cold water or milk until smooth and free from lumps.

3. Prepare the matcha foam

Lightly whip the cream with the syrup. Add the prepared matcha and continue whipping until the foam is creamy and airy. It should be thick, but still pour slowly.

4. Add the foam

Carefully spoon or pour the matcha cream foam over the coconut water to create a smooth green layer on top.

5. Serve

Serve immediately while chilled.
