Jasmine Iced Matcha Latte
Ingredients for 1 Drink
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 10–15 ml jasmine syrup
- 1.5 g matcha
- 150 ml milk or oat drink
- 40 ml water at 70–80°C
- Ice cubes
Preparation
1. Add the syrup base
Pour the vanilla syrup and jasmine syrup into the glass.
2. Add the ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour in the milk
Slowly pour the milk or oat drink over the ice.
4. Prepare the matcha
Whisk the matcha with 40 ml of warm water until smooth and completely free from lumps.
5. Top with matcha
Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk, keeping the vibrant green layer visible on top.
