Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

 

Ingredients for 1 Drink

  • 30 ml strawberry purée
  • 1.5 g matcha
  • 40 ml water at approximately 70–80°C
  • 150 ml milk or oat drink
  • Ice cubes

 

Optional, for additional sweetness:

  • 10 ml vanilla syrup or sugar syrup

 

Preparation

1. Add the strawberry purée

Pour the strawberry purée into the base of the glass. Stir in the vanilla syrup or sugar syrup, if desired.

2. Add the ice

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

3. Pour in the milk or oat drink

Slowly pour over the ice to create a defined layered effect.

4. Prepare the matcha

Whisk the matcha with 40 ml of water until smooth and free from lumps.

5. Top with matcha

Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk.
