Iced Blueberry Matcha Latte
Ingredients for 1 Drink
- 20–25 ml blueberry syrup
- 1.5 g matcha
- 150 ml milk or oat drink
- 40 ml water at approximately 70–80°C
- Ice cubes
Preparation
1. Add the blueberry base
Pour the blueberry syrup into the base of the glass. For a more pronounced fruit flavour, it can be combined with blueberry purée.
2. Add the ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour in the milk
Slowly pour the milk or oat drink over the ice, keeping the light-coloured layer visible.
4. Prepare the matcha
Whisk the matcha with the hot water until smooth and free from lumps.
5. Top with matcha
Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a distinct green layer.
