Preparation
Pour up to 300 ml of freshly boiling water (100°C) over one tea bag.
Allow to infuse for 3–5 minutes.

A longer infusion enhances both the depth of the black tea and the fine citrus note of bergamot. Enjoy pure or with a dash of milk.
