Ceylon OP
A traditional black tea from the high-altitude regions of Ceylon in Sri Lanka, cultivated at around 1,200 metres. Defined by its gently spiced character and full-bodied infusion, this classic is appreciated worldwide for its clarity and depth.
Preparation
Use one heaped teaspoon per up to 300 ml of freshly boiling water.
Allow to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Enjoyed pure for a clear expression—or with a slice of lemon for a refined touch of freshness. Also well suited with a dash of milk and sugar. Ideal as an elegant afternoon tea.
